Who Are We?
Motivated by the Gauteng Department of Housing’s mandate to
accelerate the provision of human settlements, the GPF has leveraged
over R1.6-billion in private sector funding for developers and investors
in the affordable housing market. This gives partners the support
to operate in what they may have considered to be unchartered or
impossible territory.
The Criteria *
If you are a company with:
• An interest in catering to Gauteng’s affordable housing rental market
• Land ownership or a valid Offer To Purchase for a project worth
over R2.5 million
• BEE / status
And The Relevant Property Is:
• A medium-density building composed of walk-up units (10 or more)
• Suitable for rental by those with a household income up to R10,000
• Located in the Gauteng area
